Ordering

Customers can place orders via the Bride & Beauty website (https://bridebeautyfiji.com/).

You have three collection options:

  • Pick up from the Post Office of your choice
  • Doorstep Delivery (via EMS)
  • Pick up from our location in Nadi Backroad

All orders sent through the Post Office or Doorstep Delivery are packed, sealed, and padded for safe delivery.


Viewing Products & Pick Ups

  • If you wish to pick up from our location, please schedule a time in advance.
  • For smooth service, confirm your pick-up slot at least a couple of hours before arrival.
  • We do not offer personal drop-offs. Only Post Office, EMS (Doorstep Delivery), and in-person pickups are available.

Operating Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
  • Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed

Pick up times may change without notice and are subjected to availability.


Post Office & Doorstep Delivery

Post Office

  • Dispatch days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Expected duration for parcel collection:
    • Viti Levu: 1–3 business days
    • Labasa & Savusavu: 3–5 business days
    • Maritime locations: Varies (please contact us).
  • Cut-Off: Confirm and pay by 8pm the previous day to be included in the next dispatch run.

Doorstep Delivery (EMS)

  • Pickups from our location occur every weekday (no dispatch on public holidays).
  • Expected duration for delivery:
    • Most areas: 1–2 business days (occasionally up to 3)
    • Labasa & Savusavu: 2–4 business days
  • Cut-Off: Confirm and pay by 8pm the previous day (weekdays only).
  • Delivery coverage: Available only in designated EMS delivery zones. Please contact us to check if your location is covered.

Important Note for Nadi Customers

We do not provide direct delivery within Nadi. Customers in Nadi can choose from:

  • Pick up from our Nadi Backroad location
  • Post Office Collection
  • EMS Doorstep Delivery (only if EMS confirms coverage for your area)

Payments

We accept: Bank Transfer, MPaisa, MyCash, or Cash.

  • Post Office or Doorstep Delivery: Payment must be made before dispatch.
    • Recommended: Pay at least one day before the next dispatch date.
    • Post Office dispatches occur Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding public holidays).
    • Same-day payment & dispatch is generally not possible due to individual packing requirements.
  • In-Person Pick Up (Nadi Backroad): Payment can be made at the time of pick up. However, if a pick up is scheduled for after more than 1 day, therefore the payment must be made in full prior in order to secure the purchase of the products.

Payment Notes:

  • Bank Transfer: Use our BSP Business Account. Always include your order number in the narration and send a screenshot.
  • MPaisa/MyCash: Send a copy of the receipt to confirm your payment.

Refunds & Returns

We aim to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfactory experience. Please note our policies below:

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will incur a 25% fee of the total sale value, minus any shipping charges. All refund requests for new orders must be made within 30 minutes from when the order has been placed.
  • Returns:
    • No returns are accepted once a product has been shipped, delivered or picked up.
    • Exceptions: Returns and replacements are only available if you receive the wrong product due to incorrect dispatch, or if your items arrive damaged.
  • Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details carefully before placing an order to avoid mistakes.
  • Damaged Products: Any damage must be reported immediately, with photo and video evidence provided.

Important Product Usage Information

  • All products sold by Bride and Beauty are authentic and sourced from verified suppliers or directly from brands/manufacturers.
  • Individual Results Vary: Skin types differ, and we cannot guarantee that every product will suit every individual.
  • Medical Disclaimer: Information provided on our website (including product descriptions, blog posts, or recommendations) is for general informational purposes only and should not be taken as medical or dermatological advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare or skincare professional before starting new products or routines.
  • Liability Limitation: Bride and Beauty will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, damages, or injuries caused by the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product ingredients and ensuring suitability before purchase or use.
  • Patch Testing: We strongly recommend patch testing before full use of any skincare product.
